E-mail From Paypal

Once had a paypal account, I've never checked it again. Until one day, I thought I need to set up a paypal account for such a purpose.
It is not yet verified, I tried various ways to my paypal account could be verified. Including contacting Paypal Custumer Support, I sent a copy of my ID card, saving book and debit cards.

So, this is the answer from Paypal.
